Reservations & Payment: If you are requesting to book a ride, we will review and respond with our availability and send a secure payment link via the email you provide. An email and text confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Reservation is not finalized until payment is received.
Terms of Service & Passenger Policies: All ride reservations are subject to our Terms of Service & Passenger Policies, including our 5-minute complimentary wait policy for non-airport rides and clean-vehicle guidelines.
