Welcome to Belterra Navigator. We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and comfortable private ride concierge services. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Reservations & Payments
- Advance Booking: To lock in your reservation date and time slot, payment must be completed in advance via our secure web payment link.
- Fares: Quoted fares cover direct transfer between the designated pickup and drop-off locations specified at booking.
2. Wait Times & Delays
- Standard Pickup Grace Period (Non-Airport): For point-to-point and non-airport transfers, each scheduled pickup includes a complimentary 5-minute wait window.
- Airport Pickup Grace Period: Airport arrivals include custom wait time buffers to accommodate flight delays and baggage retrieval, as outlined in your specific airport booking confirmation.
- Extended Wait Fees: For non-airport rides, additional time beyond the complimentary 5 minutes, extended wait time will be billed at $15.00 per 15-minute increment (or fraction thereof), calculated from the scheduled pickup time.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Client Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: If the passenger(s) is unavailable or unresponsive 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time without prior communication, the ride will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
4. Vehicle Care & Passenger Conduct
- Cleanliness & Damage: Passengers are expected to leave the vehicle in the condition it was provided. A minimum $250 detailing fee will be charged for any spills, biohazard cleanup, or damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by passengers.
- Safety & Behavior: For the safety of everyone on the road, violent, illegal, or severely disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Drivers reserve the right to decline or terminate service at any time if passenger conduct compromises safe driving conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Alcohol & Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
